Membership Information

SOLO CLUB Malibu offers two tiers of membership, STANDARD and ELITE, with discounting for members that require higher frequency of services. All members receive the following standard membership benefits:

A Keyman (property manager)
A Property Account Plan, which includes budget management, a roadmap for property improvements, an accessible record of all property maintenance, and an interior aesthetics plan
Interior and exterior services, event planning, general contracting work, and management of 3rd party vendors provided at cost, plus a small fixed management fee
Regular cadence of summary reports on operations and conditions of the property
